select multiple files at a time

Hi All,

I have a folder like D:\File_Process. Under this folder I have files such as 1. empl05062016.txt, 2. empl06062016.txt, 3.empl07062016.txt and so on. all files are same structure

I need to select the data from all files and load into target. Can you please guide me how to process this.
