Hi,
After instalation Java client version 8.0.4 on workstation I have a problem in reports.
When I open/view report in BI LaunchPad, and if in report default is check in Input Controls (selected value), then first/second pages are blank. Page Header is OK.
Report isn't dynamically refreshed, data are on the third page.
When I selected other value in Input Controls, report look good, first page is not blank.
Environment - BO 4.0 SP11 Patch5 (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1), upgraded to version 4.0 SP12, but problem is still.
Temporary resolution is;
1. After login to BI LaunchPad, change in Preferences\Web Intelligence in section View, check 'Rich Internet Application'. Save and exit.
2. Or, after open report, change display on 'Quick Display Mode' (right-down corner).
Temporary solution doesn't satisfy me, so.... where is the problem ?
