How to create email-template/email that contains hyperlink which will take user back to visit for which is has been triggered in C4C...?

Hi Guys,

There are requirements

1.Where the user wants a email to be triggered when there is any change in status of the visit for all attendees in that particular visit - I am able to trigger the email...

and

2. But when the user receives a mail it should contain and hyperlink when clicked should take back to the same visit...?

So how can we achieve this dynamic hyperlink in email...?
