Re: Unable to Connect (Afaria Trial Version)

Hello Tracy,

 

unfortunately I am facing a similar problem - my device was used in a trial instance of SAP Mobile Secure that expired and the device cannot be reused with other SAP Mobile Secure instances anymore. I am unable to log into the expired trial account to remove the device. During enrollment I get the message "This client is not approved" from Mobil Secure Android Client. This device was working flawlessly with the expired trial account. I do not even get an unapproved device in the devices overview of the new instance. How do I proceed? Is there some way to wipe the data of the expired account?
