Adjust time zone to daylight savings

Hello gurus,

Is there a setting somewhere in C4C to adjust time to daylight savings?

I cannot find it in scoping or fine tuning or company settings.

I could see time zones without daylight savings in personalization.

Eg: EST has two options - EST without daylight savings and EST. Similarly CST.
