ABAP Query - How to get infotype Subtypes and different field in different Column

Hi Experts,

I am seeking one help on ABAP query here where End user needs query with different columns :

Like, we have Infotype 0185 and it has got subtypes like passport,Visa, driver's license,we need to get 'passport number', 'issue date, 'valid up to date' in different columns and same for other subtypes as well.

For e.g, below is the Excel format of end user and followed by my ABAP query

ABAP query we have created is showing infotype 0185 in one column as Id number and it's corresponding field in other column

Need your suggestion on the same.
